By reducing yields and keeping precision, the wines show tension and freshness without any sign of excess heat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's an extra brut with 12.5% alcohol and four grams of residual sugar. It has a nose and profile very similar to the Blanc de Blancs: Mediterranean, savoury and fresh, with small bubbles and a dry, chalky finish, showing great balance. It's more than a rosé. It's totally dry, with no adjustments, and sold as brut nature.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a bright, almost fluorescent yellow colour and a very expressive nose, with notes of yeast and Mediterranean herbs. It's subtler and more complex, with smaller, better-integrated bubbles and a vibrant, clean, precise and extremely tasty palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes come from hillside plots already classified by Pepe Raventós's grandfather. Yields there are lower, even more so in this vintage, which shows clearly in the wine, since it's always made from the same plots.
