It fermented in stainless steel and aged in 300- and 500-litre oak barrels, less than 10% new, for a year. It has a more southern profile, with ripeness and 14.4% alcohol, while keeping very good freshness and acidity (6.3 grams). It's already quite spicy with generous oak, and abundant, slightly dusty tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e16,000 bottles and 1,000 magnums were produced.
