The palate is structured and elegant, with firm yet polished tannins, fresh acidity and a long, persistent finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDecant one to two hours ahead and serve at 16–18 °C with roast kid, lamb chops, dry-aged beef or hard cheeses.
