Cottas Touriga Nacional 2017

Vinification : The grapes are harvested manually and transported in 25 kg boxes, selected, de-stemmed and crushed at the entrance to the winery. A controlled temperature fermentation process follows. After alcoholic fermentation, natural malolactic fermentation follows, keeping the wine at around 20ºC.

Tasting Notes : A wine with a very deep color, very fresh, with discreet floral notes from the variety and notes of black fruits such as blackberries, currants and blueberries. Elegant wine, with a solid structure and soft tannins. Long finish with floral notes from Touriga Nacional. A wine with great gastronomic abilities.
