The nose has peat smoke, lemon, vanilla and fresh fruit. The palate is sweet and smoky, with citrus, pear and spice. The finish is long, with smoke and a touch of dried fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA young, vibrant and very balanced Islay. Serve neat, with a little water or in a smoky highball.
