The palate is broad and firm, with fine-grained tannins, good freshness and a long, deep finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDecant one to two hours ahead and serve at 16–18 °C with roast lamb, suckling pig, red meat or aged sheep\u0026#x27;s cheese.
