Since then the estate has collected many awards, notably Best Alvarinho of the Iberian Peninsula for its 2005 Alvarinho and, more recently, Best Portuguese White Wine from Revista de Vinhos for the 2008 vintage at the Encontro de Vinhos e Sabores.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFresh, balanced and fruity, but never overblown.
