Altún San Quiles 2021 from Bodegas Altún in DO Rioja, is a single-plot wine that is made using the traditional system with de-stemmed grapes, or separation of grains and stems, with temperature control and subsequent maceration for 15 days in a tank. Altún San Quiles comes from unique terrain and climatic conditions, which makes this Graciano a very special and friendly wine, like all wines from the Altún family. It was harvested in 11 kg boxes, gravity vats, native yeasts and spontaneous malolactic fermentation in 500 L French barrels. Aging: 10 months in 500 L barrels and 4 months in Galileo concrete for subsequent bottling.

Test results:

View: Cherry color with purple reflections.

Nose: Very expressive, with good intensity. Black fruits, balsamic and spicy notes.
