SHIPPING POLICY — Vinogrande DISPATCH • Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day or the next working day. • Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. • Azores and Madeira: 5 to 10 working days (please contact us for shipping costs). • Europe and rest of the world: typically 5 to 7 working days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs formalities). SHIPPING COSTS • Mainland Portugal: free shipping on orders over €80. • Azores and Madeira: calculated at checkout by weight; FREE on orders over €120. • Spain (mainland): free shipping on orders over €150. • European Union and rest of the world: we ship outside the EU; shipping is calculated at checkout according to destination and weight. Contact us if you need help. CONDITIONS • Alcoholic beverages are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. Proof of identity may be required on delivery. • Wine is fragile and sensitive to temperature; in extreme heat we may delay dispatch to protect the product. • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund. • Please report any damage on delivery within 48 hours, with a photograph, so we can deal with it. • In countries where the law does not permit the import of alcoholic beverages, responsibility lies with the customer (see Terms of Service).
