Kompassus Private Collection White 2016/2019

Made from Arinto and Cercial, in equal parts, it shows an imposing and deep nose where citrus fruits of lemon and tangerine are involved with notes of spices, aromatic herbs, nuances of smoke enveloping everything. The texture in the mouth is very impressive, as it combines a lot of body with enormous lightness (it has only 12% alcohol), in a creamy register, full of freshness and balance. Very long, imposing finish. Good connection between fruit and wood, all in a good balance. Lots of structure, intense flavor and beautiful acidity. A top-notch set with great gastronomic aptitude.
