Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 16 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by cold so that all its elements are respected.

Consumption: Red meat, game, and strong dishes. It should be served at a temperature between 14º and 16º C. Wine with high aging potential and can be consumed over the next 6-8 years.

Deep and purple color. Complex and distinct flavors, where the typical fruity and floral nature of the variety predominates, along with some spicy notes from the wooden binding. On the palate it shows balanced acidity, fruity nature, excellent structure with excellent tannins.
