Partial stemming and joint fermentation in small stainless steel mills, with mechanical treading. Malolactic in used French Oak barrels, followed by aging in new wood for up to 24 months. Garnet color, aroma of ripe fruit, with balsamic notes of licorice and sweet spices. Powerful and fresh taste. Persistent and balsamic finish.
