Vinogrande (hereinafter the "Shop") is the entity responsible for the sale of wines and beverages through the website vinogrande.pt. By using this website and making purchases, the customer accepts these terms and the general conditions of sale.

Intellectual property: all content (trademarks, logos, texts, images) is the property of Vinogrande or its partners and is protected by law. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Liability: alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to persons aged 18 or over. The Shop accepts no liability for misuse of its products. All products comply with Portuguese legislation on the sale of wine.

Applicable law: this website is governed by Portuguese law; the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
