Description

Haut-Brion Blanc is the very rare white of Château Haut-Brion, the Pessac-Léognan estate classified as a Premier Grand Cru in 1855 and owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon. It is a blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc made in very small quantities and is considered one of the greatest dry white wines of Bordeaux. This 2010 vintage is a true collector's piece.

In the glass it is luminous gold, with a complex nose of citrus, nuts, honey, beeswax and minerals. The palate has texture, freshness and great tension, with a long, saline finish of great personality.

Serve at 10–12 °C, ideally in a wide glass, with baked fish, shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces or aged cheeses. Its longevity is unusual and it will keep evolving for many years.
