Description

Our Espumante Bruto Rosé came from curiosity to discover the best expression of Touriga Nacional in our Territory. Known for producing full-bodied reds in the Douro Valley, Touriga Nacional doesn't show those same traits when grown in Monção e Melgaço. After some trials in our region, we found that this grape shows its best potential as a rosé. Combining Touriga Nacional with Alvarinho and, later, Pinot Noir, we created a light, fresh rosé sparkling wine that expresses our Territory very well.

Salmon-pink in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is elegant and delicate. The flavour has great depth and persistence, with good complexity.
