Description
The grapes for this sparkling wine's base wine are picked at moderate potential alcohol. The must is drawn from the lagar and ferments in old wooden casks, where it rests. While ageing it's racked clean and bottled the year after harvest. It's a traditional-method sparkling wine, fermented in bottle, with remuage done by hand on wooden pupitres.
As a brut nature, it has no added sugar in the dosage.
The red's aromatic profile is very present here, with Baga notes and some clearly noticeable evolution.
