Description
Aÿ-based Gosset is one of the oldest wine houses in Champagne, dating back to 1584. Celebris is its prestige cuvée, and the 2007 is a single-vintage Extra Brut with long cellar ageing.
In the glass it shows white and orchard fruit, citrus, pastry and nutty notes, with a fine mousse and a broad, fresh, elegant palate.
Pair with shellfish, fine fish or roast poultry. Serve at 10–12 °C.
