Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray Brut

This majestic vintage Champagne is crafted by one of the region’s leading producers, Champagne Jacquesson, from a stunning 1-hectare plot called “Corne Bautray”, which was planted with Chardonnay in 1960. This single vineyard is located in the Dizy Grand Cru in the Valle de la Marne and sits on a steep, southwest-facing slope with chalk and gravel soils ideal for crafting high-quality Blanc de Blancs.

In the cellar, Jacquesson’s philosophy is centered on terroir and purity of fruit, coupled with very long lees aging. This cuvée is aged for nine years in the bottle on the lees before being disgorged without any additional dosage. The result is a remarkably polished and balanced vintage Champagne that will continue to evolve and develop beautifully in the bottle for years to come.
