2017 Magnum

Made from a special blend of Bical (75%), Arinto (15%) and Maria Gomes (10%) grape varieties, Sidónio de Sousa Special Cuvée 2017 Magnum is an exceptionally elegant sparkling wine, after seven years of aging in the cellar. On the nose, it impresses with its complexity and aromatic finesse: notes of toasted bread, candied orange peel and buttery biscuit stand out, which intertwine in a classic and refined profile.

In the mouth, the mousse is creamy and enveloping, supported by an extremely fine and well-integrated bubble, which gives texture and sophistication. The vibrant acidity — characteristic of the Bical and Arinto grape varieties — ensures freshness and balance, while the depth of the combination leads to a long, elegant and memorable finish.

Produced in just 840 magnum bottles, this is a sparkling wine for aging, designed for special occasions and for those who appreciate the maximum expression of Bairrada in sparkling wine. A true classic in its own right.
