Description
Comtes de Champagne is Taittinger's prestige cuvée, a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs grands crus, made only in exceptional years. 2012 is one of the most celebrated Champagne vintages of the past decade.
It shows a fine mousse and aromas of lemon, green apple, white flowers and a touch of brioche, with marked chalky minerality. The palate is taut, precise and persistent.
Perfect as an aperitif or with oysters, sushi and grilled fish. Serve at 9–11 °C.
