Tequila Clase Azul Gold

Clase Azul Tequila Gold is a joven tequila, a blend of Plata tequila, special Reposado tequila and Extra-Añejo tequila.

It has aromas of green apple, orange peel, fresh figs, raisins and subtle notes of almonds and hazelnuts. On the palate it shows flavours from the casks in which it aged, together with notes of green olive, ginger and dark chocolate.

Clase Azul México was founded just over 25 years ago to share Mexico's magical culture and traditions. With an iconic ceramic bottle, handmade and hand-painted, Clase Azul México is now recognised in more than 55 countries for the excellence of its products.

Clase Azul's agaves grow in Los Altos de Jalisco, a region of reddish soil where altitude, minerals and climate give the agave unique properties.

To make the tequila, the agave goes through a long transformation:

During the jima, the plant's leaves are removed to reveal the heart, known as the piña. The piñas are cooked in masonry ovens and milled to extract the sugars produced by cooking.

Fermentation with our proprietary yeast infuses the elixir with our exclusive profile, while its notes are shaped by double distillation in copper stills. This dedicated effort results in an exquisite tequila.
