The nobility of the Malvasia Fina grape variety, combined with the soil and microclimate of the Douro, gave this wine personality and unique character. Light cold skin contact, partial pressing and draining, fermentation at 15/16 degrees. Aged for 4 months on fine lees and 2 months in bottle.
