Description

Espinhosos Branco 2022 is a wine from Baião (Vinho Verde), made by AD Wines at Quinta dos Espinhosos. It's a blend combining the native Avesso with international Chardonnay.

A bright citrine white with straw glints, instantly eye-catching. On the nose it has medium-high aromatic intensity, dominated by peach and apricot, with ripe pear, subtle flowers and a mineral touch recalling the wet stone of Baião's granite soils.

PalateOn the palate it opens fresh and vibrant, quickly turning into an unctuous, structured body thanks to the Chardonnay. Silky and dry, it fills the palate with elegance. The finish is long and persistent, with refreshing citrus acidity inviting the next sip. It evolves in the glass, showing more complexity as it warms slightly.
