The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with temperature control, not exceeding 26ºC, for 10 days. 50% of the wine was aged for 14 months in second and third use French oak barrels.

Intense red color. It is a very fruity and elegant wine, with round and velvety tannins. It has a long and fresh finish.
