Fermented in a marble press, it shows enormous depth on the nose with hints of olives, macerated berries, black plums, balsamic, smoked and spices. Still very young, with a broad structure, powerful tannins, well-integrated, perfect acidity to balance everything. Firm, immense, but with class.
