GD Vajra Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 2021

With his Langhe Nebbiolo Giuseppe Vajra fulfills one of his dreams: making an immediate, direct, but also complex and profound nebbiolo. A laborious work of balance, which begins in the cellar, where the wine ages for around a year, mostly in steel, plus a small part in barrels. A bright, fruity and floral ruby ​​nebbiolo on the nose, with notes of black fruit, lavender and mint. In the mouth it shows all the personality of the vineyard from which it comes, between the towns of Barolo and Novello: it is a complex, spicy, earthy, mineral wine, pleasantly crunchy and long-lasting.
