Deep ruby color. The violet and bergamot notes characteristic of the variety are surrounded by ripe black fruits, with notes from the barrels where it was aged discreetly completing the tasting. It has a very engaging, smooth but very persistent tasting. Ideal to accompany some cod dishes, red meats and soft cheeses. Should be served at 16/18ºC.
