Quinta do Vale da Perdiz launched the Cistus Concilium Douro DOC 2017, whose vinification was carried out in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Glued with egg whites, and after light filtration. The wine, created by winemaker Manuel Angel Areal, was produced from the Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional grape varieties and aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels.
