Malvasia Fina dominates the plot, in the Provezende area. Very good in aroma, fine citrus fruit, with some dry vegetable that gives it a more serious character. Partial fermentation in barrel results in a soft and velvety mouthfeel, with good acidity in the background giving joy to the whole.
