Valtuille Vino de Villa, one of the pioneering wines in the new “Vinos de Pueblo” category of the DO Bierzo. Yet another commitment to quality over quantity. With minimal intervention, the wine manages to interpret this Bierzo landscape with the utmost respect and absolute elegance. A red that stands out for its fragrance and balance, for its freshness and ease. One of those wines to always have on hand.

This wine follows the zonal classification of the DO Bierzo and is made from several plots located in the municipality of Valtuille , some of them mythical or adjacent to more prestigious plots in the region. Interestingly, in addition to Mencía , other minority varieties, both white and red, are used in its coupage . In addition, fermentation is carried out with whole bunches (without destemming). The result is a limited production of 5,000 bottles whose previous harvest was awarded 94 Parker points by Luis Gutierrez.
