This rosé stands out for its elegant pink hue with slight salmon reflections. On the nose, it reveals itself with discretion but great precision, with fresh notes of raspberry and bergamot standing out, accompanied by a light touch of green apple, creating a delicate and refined aromatic profile. On the palate, it surprises with its lively acidity and vibrant presence, revealing itself to be full of flavour and with excellent definition. The aging in used barrels gives it subtle structure and complexity, without compromising its freshness. It finishes long, with energy and elegance.
