Vallegre Reserva Red 2021

Vallegre Reserva Tinto 2021 is a wine that elegantly expresses the richness of the Douro, combining the depth of old vines with the vivacity of younger ones. On the nose, it delights with notes of ripe fruit, such as plum and black cherry, harmonized with hints of rockrose, balsamic and spices. On the palate, it reveals itself to be dense and balanced, with fine and polished tannins, providing an engaging and persistent experience. The 18-month aging in new French oak barrels gives it structure and sophistication, making it an excellent choice to accompany intense dishes, such as red meat, game and strong cheeses. With good aging potential, this is a wine that can be enjoyed now, ideally decanted and served between 14º and 16º C.
