Domain of Pidio Blanco 2020

Dominio del Pidio Blanco 2020 is an aged white wine made with Albillo grapes, a powerful, fresh wine with a strong touch.

To produce this wine, five wineries dating back to the 15th century were restored and renovated, aiming to produce and age the wines with the philosophy, tradition and wisdom of the region's winemakers. The natural conditions of these underground cellars provide the tools for vinification in cement and subsequent aging in wood and cement.

Dominio del Pidio is a municipal wine project (which is even named as such on the back label) based on 10 hectares of old vineyards located in Quintana del Pidio.

Dominio del Pidio Blanco 2020 is a creamy wine. On the nose, aromas of candied peach predominate over a mineral and limestone background. On the palate, it is light and fresh, with a spicy touch. Easy to drink. Good balance between acidity and mineral touches.
