From the same creators of Arvad wine, a successful Algarve wine project just a few kilometres away, led by the award-winning winemaker Bernardo Cabral, who is an expert in the region, and taking advantage of the know-how acquired, come the UCA Violinista wines, which go even further in the freshness and sea air of the Algarve.
The white wine offers a very appealing aroma, initially revealing a tropical and citrus profile, followed by curious notes of fennel and minerality, also thanks to the Arinto and Boal grape varieties, in addition to the clay-limestone soil. Enveloping and fresh, it has a salty and mineral taste, reminiscent of the proximity of the estuary and the sea. The finish is very pleasant and persistent, pairing perfectly with starters, barnacles, oysters, salads and grilled fish.
