Wine profile
Body
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «full».
How heavy and full the wine feels in your mouth — from light like skimmed milk to rich like cream. It comes mainly from alcohol, extract and, in sweet wines, sugar.
Wine profile
Tannin
This wine: 4 out of 5 — closer to «firm».
Tannins come from grape skins, seeds and oak. You feel them as a pleasant drying grip on gums and tongue — from silky and velvety to firm and chewy.
Wine profile

This wine: 3 out of 5 — right in the middle.
The freshness that makes your mouth water, like a squeeze of lemon. It gives a wine tension, length and ageing potential, and makes it great with food.
Wine profile
Alcohol

Description
Deep, lively ruby colour, showing youth and concentration. On the nose it immediately shows elegant florals typical of Touriga Nacional, delicately intertwined with blackberry, cherry and blueberry, wrapped in a touch of fine spice. The French oak notes are very well integrated, adding subtlety without ever overpowering the varietal character.
PalateOn the palate it's balanced and harmonious, with a dense, exuberant structure from Touriga Nacional, balanced by the fluidity, freshness and delicacy of Alfrocheiro. The acidity is bright, supporting the whole and extending the flavour. Still young, it already shows complexity and promises long development in bottle.
FinishA refined, persistent and precise finish, leaving an impression of finesse and Dão authenticity.
