Cillar de Silos Crianza is the backbone of the winery because it reflects the character of the Tinto Fino grape from the lands of Quintana del Pidio. It comes from different terroirs and old vines.

The Wine Advocate: The classic 2021 Crianza features ripe fruit, varietal berries and sweet spices, along with the creaminess acquired through barrel aging to achieve the Crianza category. There’s no excess – it has restrained maturation and well-integrated oak, with a medium-bodied palate and velvety texture, offering good freshness and balance.

James Suckling: A youthful and attractive aroma with fine spices, fresh red fruits, cherries and hints of white pepper, minerals and hibiscus. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with an abundance of chalky tannins. Medium-long finish, expressive in fruit. Impeccable. Drink now or cellar.
