95 points James Suckling and 93+ Robert Parker
James Suckling: A prototypical late harvest riesling with all the succulence and broad spectrum of fruit aromas – stone fruit, citrus and wild berries – that belong to this style, combined with the typical touch of the grape's natural sweetness. A finish so spicy that it would be extremely difficult to escape rather than return to the glass! Sourced from organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification.
Robert Parker: Coming from very old vines, the Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Late Harvest 2021 is clear, precise and elegant, but also complex on the nose, presenting light aromas of cherry and fruit. In the mouth it is a light, refined and elegant Late Harvest, very delicate and light-footed, with notable delicacy and fine phenolic grip. It's bracingly saline and grippy on the finish. 8% declared alcohol. Natural cork. Rating: 93+
