- Stephan Reinhardt: The 2020 Kesten Paulinhofsberg GG is a typical or, I could say, classic Fritz Haag Riesling, due to its clarity, purity and freshness. It is so pure and so far removed from hedonism that you need to know a lot about Riesling to accept this purity. Juicy, intense and powerful, it is a very rich and fruit-intense Riesling for Haag. It is really rich, mouth-filling and a wine that Pfalz would be proud of. So, maybe not the classic in the end...? Very salty, finely phenolic and tannic. Excellent.
