White wine made from Alvarinho grapes from a single plot that produces a wine that reveals the purest and most original aspects of the variety. The profile of this wine is an extolment of elegance and complexity.

Grapes harvested by hand in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short space of time. Very gentle pressing of whole destemmed grapes. Long clarification in cold water. Fermentation in new 400-litre French oak barrels. Aged in these barrels for 9 months with bâtonnage on total lees. Aged for 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Complex and austere nose. Hints of wild flowers and hay along with a delicate minerality reminiscent of wet stone. Light hazelnut and vanilla from the fermentation and barrel aging. On the palate, refreshing acidity and verticality stand out. Light smokiness with a long and elegant finish.
