Vinyle 2021 is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard located in Serra de São Mamede. It was vinified and aged in two 500-liter barrels previously used to vinify Sidecar 2020 with renowned champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne, who previously used them to vinify the base wine of one of his best champagnes. The name Vinyle is a tribute to Emmanuel's great passion: music and vinyl records.
Tasting Note: Subtle and delicate nose is the result of the combination of the aroma of the Serra vineyards with the barrels aged with Champagne base wines, which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth.
Winemaking: Hand-picked in 20 kg boxes with rigorous selection at the winery entrance. Vinification in wine presses and ageing in French oak barrels for 3 years.
