Description
Viñedo Chadwick is the wine of Eduardo Chadwick of the Errázuriz family, planted on his father's former polo field in Puente Alto, Maipo Valley, Chile. It is one of South America's most sought-after Cabernet Sauvignons.
Based on Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 shows cassis, black cherry, graphite and dried herbs, with fine tannins, great freshness and an elegant structure built for ageing.
Pair with red meat, roast lamb or mushrooms. Serve at 17–18 °C.
Store the bottle lying down, away from light and vibration, at a steady 12 to 14 °C. At Vinogrande every bottle is carefully packed so it reaches you in the best condition.
