Description

Attis Nana 2021 is a high-end 100% Albariño white made by Attis Bodegas y Viñedos in the Val do Salnés sub-region of D.O. Rías Baixas, Spain.

This wine stands out for its complexity and structure, made from the family's oldest vines (over 40 years) under organic farming.

Guía Peñín 2023/2024: 95 points. This score places it in the "Exceptional" category of Spain's most prestigious guide.

James Suckling: 92 points. The critic highlighted its ripe, almost tropical style, with notes of mango, apricot and persistent saline minerality.

Robert Parker (Wine Advocate): 94+ points. One of the highest scores for an oak-aged Albariño, underlining its huge ageing potential.

Attis Nana 2023 earned 94 points from critic James Suckling, entering the prestigious Top 100 Wines of Spain 2025. According to Suckling, it's a “round, lively and saline wine, with grip and precision”.

On the nose it shows aromas of ripe apples and pears, warm aromatic herbs, sweet pastry spice and light touches of toasted almonds. On the palate it's medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a subtle, elegant texture, with a bright, vertical character. The finish is long, pleasant and savoury, reinforcing the overall harmony.

The critic recommends drinking now or keeping, highlighting this Albariño's ability to evolve. The combination of structure and oak use brings it close to great white Burgundies, while keeping the freshness and salinity typical of the Atlantic.
