José Pariente Verdejo 2025 is the latest vintage of this emblematic white from the D.O. Rueda, known for its vibrant freshness and elegance. Made by Bodegas José Pariente in Valladolid, it's a benchmark in the region for its structure and fidelity to Verdejo.
The tasting notes for José Pariente Verdejo 2025 show a harmonious profile, where the grape's characteristic freshness meets a more enveloping texture from lees ageing.
It has a bright straw-yellow hue with subtle greenish glints, showing youth and good condition.
On the nose it's expressive and elegant, with aromas of white fruit such as pear and green apple, complemented by citrus nuances. Well-defined herbal hints also appear, evoking fennel, freshly cut grass and scrubland, plus a delicate mineral and balsamic touch that adds complexity.
