Vinification: Transport in boxes, sorting on a selection mat, de-stemming and crushing, pre-fermentative maceration at 32ºC for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation below 24ºC until the sugars are exhausted. Post-fermentation maceration for 65 days followed by malolactic maceration in barrels.


Aging : In new French oak barrels where it remained for around 12 months. Physicochemical characteristics: Alcoholic Degree: 14.5º PH: 3.64 Total Acidity: 5.17 g/dm3 Volatile Acidity: 0.53 g/dm3 Reducing Sugars: 2.1 g/dm3.


Tasting note: A wine with a lot of color, opaque, with great aromatic intensity, dominated by wild fruits, spices, light violet and floral notes from Touriga Nacional, all in a very good quality fruit. An intense, powerful and simultaneously elegant red wine.
