Description

This rosé stands out for its elegant pink hue with light salmon glints. On the nose it's discreet but very precise, with fresh notes of raspberry and bergamot and a light touch of green apple, making for a delicate, refined aromatic profile. On the palate it surprises with lively acidity and a vibrant presence, full of flavour and with excellent definition. Ageing in used barrels gives it subtle structure and complexity without compromising freshness. It finishes long, with energy and elegance.
