Filipa Pato Dinamica White 2023

Bright straw yellow color with a greenish rim, good viscosity. On the nose it has aromas of pear (typical of the Bical grape) with some hints of iodine and a certain spice (thyme and rosemary). On the palate it is refined, creamy, relatively smooth and with a lot of minerality, a kind of salinity due to the typical Atlantic climate. On the palate it is fruity and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing, with a persistent acidity.
