Tasting Note: Bright, light pink color with salmon tones. On the nose, it has aromas of raspberry and cherry with a little lemon. Balanced freshness. On the palate, it is smooth with notes of strawberry, fresh fruit and a long, aromatic finish.

Gastronomy: Perfect for Italian dishes. As it is a fresh wine, it goes well with oriental cuisine such as sushi. Recommended serving temperature 10º to 12ºC.

Winemaking: Mechanical night harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Bleeding of the vat until the desired color is obtained. Static cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation
in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.
