AR Lenoble Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2012 is an elegant and complex champagne with yellow apples, melon, toast and brioche. A rich mouthfeel, tiny mouse lingering with a smooth, long finish. This is a champagne that will work well with crayfish and turbot.

Taking on the role of winemaker at the tender age of 28, Antoine Malassagne imbued AR Lenoble with a very precise point of view. The essence of their philosophy, at its most basic level, is to highlight the winery's Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyard in Chouilly on almost every corner. If ever there was a moment to raise a glass of sparkling wine in celebration, it was AR Lenoble's Antoine Malassagne who achieved it.
