Golden color typical of tanning. Intensity of aromas, including caramelized orange peel, citrus flowers and nuts. In the mouth it presents light tannins, complemented by a lively and accentuated acidity. Strongly mineral mouth attack, finishing very long, complex and persistent, highlighting nuts and citrus fruits.

White wine produced from an Alvarinho vineyard planted above 200 meters of altitude. The vineyard, over 15 years old, has low production, with high levels of acidity and good maturation. It is a tanned wine with more color and more tannins. Grapes harvested manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short space of time. Skin maceration followed by total fermentation with the skins. Part of the fermentation occurs with the entire bunch. After fermentation, it ages for 6 months in used 400 liter French oak barrels with regular battonage.
