One of the most elegant expressions of the quintessential native grape of the Monterrei Designation of Origin is this Ladairo Godello wine presented by Bodegas Ladairo. A Godello white wine made from vines over 30 years old planted in trellises, it is infused with a small percentage of another white grape variety indigenous to the region, Treixadura.

Harvested by hand, the grapes are gently pressed for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the Ladairo Godello 2021 white wine rests for a few months in the same tank.
